Kendall Jackson Vintner's Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

This is a white wine from coastal California. It has flavors of tangy lime, melon, and ripe pear, with undertones of ripe fig paired with a mix of herbs. It is medium-bodied and very fragrant, and a delight to enjoy. I am generally a Chardonnay girl when it comes to white wines, but this Sauvignon Blanc was wonderful! I had mine chilled, as an apertif, with some cream cheese and olives on wheat crackers, then subsequently enjoyed some with Mediterranean grilled salmon.
