2015 Cakebread Cellars Chardonnay

This is an oaked white wine from the Napa Valley in California. It has flavors of citrus, as well as ripe pear and peach, plus a touch of brown spice.
I had mine chilled, as an aperitif. This wine is one of my favorites!

Burlwood Extra Dry Sparking White Wine

This is an extra dry sparkling wine from California. It was naturally fermented. I enjoyed mine on New Year's Eve. I made a champagne cocktail with it: Angostura Bitters, sugar, a twist of lemon peel and a maraschino cherry. Delightful!

Jacob's Creek Classic Chardonnay

This is an oaked Chardonnay from Southeastern Australia. It is a medium-bodied white wine, with flavors of lemon, stone fruit, and melon. I had mine chilled, as an aperitif.
