Burlwood Extra Dry Sparking White Wine

This is an extra dry sparkling wine from California. It was naturally fermented. I enjoyed mine on New Year's Eve. I made a champagne cocktail with it: Angostura Bitters, sugar, a twist of lemon peel and a maraschino cherry. Delightful!
