2016 Chateau Cote Nord Chardonnay

This is an oaked white wine from coastal California. It is semi-dry, and medium-bodied. It has the subtle flavor of ripe melon, as well as citrus, vanilla, and brown spice. I had mine chilled, as an aperitif, but it would also be excellent with quiche.
