2017 Yellow Tail Chardonnay

This is an oaked Chardonnay from Southeastern Australia. It is lively and brisk, with flavors of peach, ripe melon, and a hint of vanilla. I had mine chilled, as an aperitif. But it would be excellent with roast chicken, or pasta dishes.
