2017 Yellow Tail Chardonnay

This is an oaked Chardonnay, from southeastern Australia. It has flavors of ripe peaches and melon, with a touch of vanilla. It is fairly dry, and medium-bodied. I enjoyed mine chilled, as an aperitif, but it would be excellent with roasted chicken.
