2016 Childress Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc

This is a delightful white wine from NC winery Childress Vineyards. It has flavors of gooseberry, citrus, and ripe melon. It is fresh and crisp, with grapefruit undertones. I had mine chilled, as an aperitif before dinner, but I think it would be wonderful with any pasta dish.
