This is an oaked Chardonnay from southeastern Australia. It is a medium-bodied white wine, with flavors of green apple, ripe pear, and citrus, and hints of toasted oak and brown spice. I enjoyed mine chilled, as an aperitif, but it is also excellent with grilled seafood or roasted chicken.
