Winking Owl Chardonnay

This is an oaked Chardonnay, from California, purchased at Aldi. It is semi-dry, and medium-bodied, with flavors of ripe apple and pear, with undertones of toasted oak and brown spice. I had mine chilled, as an aperitif, but it would be excellent with grilled seafood or roasted chicken.

2015 William Wright Reserve Chardonnay

This is an oaked Chardonnay from Monterey, CA. It is medium-bodied, with flavors of ripe apple and peach, with undertones of toasted oak and brown spice , as well as a touch of vanilla. I enjoyed mine chilled, as an aperitif. Excellent!

2017 Yellow Tail Chardonnay

This is an oaked Chardonnay, from southeastern Australia. It has flavors of ripe peaches and melon, with a touch of vanilla. It is fairly dry, and medium-bodied. I enjoyed mine chilled, as an aperitif, but it would be excellent with roasted chicken.

2016 Biltmore Estate Chardonnay

This is an oaked Chardonnay from Biltmore Estate Winery in Asheville, North Carolina. It has flavors of ripe apple and pear, as well as citrus, with hints of brown spice and toasted oak.
There is a subtle floral aroma to this delicious white wine.
I had mine chilled, as an aperitif, but this would be great with any chicken or seafood dish.

Whispering Hills Chardonnay

This is an oaked Chardonnay, from Spain. It  is a medium-bodied wine, purchased at Walmart. It has flavors of green apple and ripe tropical fruit, with undertones of toasted oak and vanilla. I had mine chilled, as an aperitif, but I think it would be wonderful with grilled seafood of quiche a la Lorraine.
