Recipe? Laughing....there isn't one! Purely the amounts and ingredients that I felt like adding. I took one pint of fresh North Carolina blueberries, and added just enough sugar to coat them once water was added to cover them in a soup bowl. To that, I added four small chunks of fresh lemon, squeezing the juice in first, then the lemon chunks themselves. I covered the bowl with a cotton towel to ferment.
