Recently I blended two white wines together and found that they were quite delicious mixed together. The first one was a pinot grigio (2017 Cupcake Vineyards), which I combined with a chardonnay (2016 Chateau St. Jean). I did not measure how much of each chilled variety I poured into my wine glass, but I can say that it was more pinot grigio than chardonnay. I loved it, and thought I would share how much I enjoyed the blend.
