This is an oaked California Chardonnay. It is medium- bodied, rich, and creamy. Everything a Chardonnay should be. I am a Chardonnay aficionado, and I enjoyed this wine much more than some other, more expensive, and seemingly more appreciated ones. This is, as of now, the best Chardonnay that I have ever tasted.

It is medium-bodied and very fragrant, and a delight to enjoy. I am generally a Chardonnay girl when it comes to white wines, but this Sauvignon Blanc was wonderful! I had mine chilled, as an apertif, with some cream cheese and olives on wheat crackers, then subsequently enjoyed some with Mediterranean grilled salmon.
