Winking Owl Pinot Grigio

In a departure from my usual Chardonnay, I decided to try a bottle of pinot grigio by Winking Owl, which I picked up at Aldi. It is a delightful, light wine. It has flavors of citrus, pear, and just a touch of honeysuckle.
It is excellent paired with grilled salmon or pasta, but I just had mine as an aperitif.

Sangriana Sangria

I purchased a bottle of Sangriana sangria at Aldi. It is imported from Spain. I had mine over crushed ice, and with orange, lemon and lime cut up in it. Yummy!

Lil' Koala Chardonnay

Lil Koala is a Chardonnay from Australia. It is delightful, with luscious peach and pear flavors, with just a touch of citrus. It is medium-bodied, and best served chilled.
I had mine with cheese before dinner.

Robert Mondavi Private Selection

Robert Mondavi Private Selection is an excellent wine, with flavors of lemon blossom, pineapple, and peach.
It is oaked, and gives a smooth finish to any meal.

Yellowtail Chardonnay

Yellowtail Chardonnay has a delightfully smooth finish, with lots of tropical fruit flavors.
It is from Australia. Best enjoyed chilled, and with chicken dishes.

Flipflop Chardonnay

Flipflop Chardonnay is a medium-bodied, oaked Chardonnay from California. It has flavors of pineapple and vanilla, and is full and rich. It is especially suited to pairing with chicken dishes, but is delicious with h'ors d'oeuvres as well, or on its own as an aperitif.

Fetzer Sundial Chardonnay

Today I am have a glass of Fetzer Sundial Chardonnay. It is smooth and rich, with flavors of apple, pear, and tropical fruit. It's ideal with fish, chicken or even pork dishes. Or just enjoy a glass on its own, as I am doing.

Barefoot Chardonnay

It's a rainy evening in North Carolina, and I am kicking back with a glass of Barefoot Chardonnay, and enjoying the coolness. It is light and delightful, with flavors of green apples and peaches, and undertones of honey and vanilla. Smooth and creamy!

Hinnant Family Vineyards

Try a wine from Hinnant Family Vineyards in Pine Level, NC. They have muscadine and other fruit (blackberry, strawberry,etc) wines.
I recently m purchased one bottle each of the blackberry and strawberry, and both were excellent.
I made my purchases at The  Vino Shoppe, in High Point NC, as I have yet to visit the actual Hinnant Winery.

Barefoot Champagne

Last night with h'ors d'ouevres, I tasted Barefoot Bubbly, a champagne by Barefoot Vineyards in California.
It was a delight, with a clean, clear taste full of apple flavors. I had mine with cheese and fresh fruit.

Tisdale Chardonnay

Tisdale Chardonnay hails from Tisdale Vineyards in Modesto, California.
It has flavors of pineapple and lemon, and is heavily oaked.
It is a full-bodied wine best savored with dinner.

Wood Mill Winery Golden Scuppernong

Chilling a bottle of Wood Mill Winery Golden Scuppernong wine to enjoy at today's happy hour.
It is a sweet, buttery golden wine. Very mellow and smooth. Even better than their Red Muscadine, which is excellent as well. Not only good as an aperitif, it would make an excellent dessert wine as well.
